What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Government Pricing Services is responsible for customer and/or supplier contract administration, as well as administering and reviewing government pricing initiatives as deemed appropriate. Responsible for researching and problem-solving federal customer pricing issues and disputes and acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Develops and manages customer relationships within pricing and contract implementation process.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for loading supplier agreements for Government customers & contract administration
  • Administer and review government pricing initiatives as deemed appropriate
  • Research and problem-solve federal customer pricing issues
  • Able to dispute and act as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Collaborate and contribute with team on process improvement and service level commitments, including LSS Black Belt and Kaizen Projects.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships within pricing and contract implementation process
  • Identify and resolve price discrepancies at their root cause.
  • Contribute to team service level commitments by meeting productivity and quality metrics

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Intermediate Excel experience (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Anticipated hourly range: $20.80 - $29.70
