Impact You Will Make

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, and source for technical and nontechnical roles from diverse talent pools
  • Ensure a seamless, consistent hiring process and provide an incredibly positive candidate experience through regular communication and touch points
  • Build out creative outreach campaigns and reach out through LinkedIn, email, etc.
  • Find approaches beyond direct applications and utilize search engines, recruiting events, meetups, career events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage the best talent in the market
  • Support recruiters with application reviews and initial phone screens
  • Work with the team to create a strong employer-of-choice brand, identify inefficiencies to innovate and establish process excellence, and help with projects related to hiring

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound sourcing/recruiting at a tech company
  • Solid experience sourcing diverse candidates through multiple creative channels (via LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, StackOverflow, Quora, etc.)
  • You understand that this job is first and foremost a partnership, with candidates and with the teams you recruit for; you take a proactive, consultative approach with these relationships, building trust consistently and quickly
  • The team is a priority for you; you care about our goals as an organization, enable others to do their best work, and love working together to come up with the best solutions
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is a plus
  • Communication is one of your most salient strengths
  • You are results-oriented and always eager to get things done with ability to prioritize your work efficiently

This is a fully remote role that may be based anywhere in the United States.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $108,000 per year. For applicants based in Colorado at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $97,200 per year. For applicants based in New York City and New Jersey at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $108,000 per year.

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position for applicants based in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $97,200 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays per calendar year, unlimited discretionary time off, and will receive 10 sick days per calendar year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
