Coastal Cloud is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to help us support our continued growth. The Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist is responsible for the continuous improvement and development of marketing content and collateral surrounding our unique GoToMarket solutions. An ideal candidate is a quick technical learner, collaborative and inquisitive, who strives for design excellence and seeks to have a broader role by being involved in all aspects of our strategic marketing functions.
Role Responsibilities:
Research
- Work with Product Solution & Service teams to discover client goals, and personas of key decision-makers, and gain a firm understanding of the market before beginning collateral development.
Collateral
- Ensure a full suite of marketing collateral is built and kept up to date including: presentation decks, brochures, landing pages, marketing videos, demo video library, etc.
- Design and update brand marketing materials including: digital and print ads, email headers, trade show banners, website graphics, etc.
- Maintain brand standards and style.
- Coordinate with any outsourced marketing partners.
Cross-Coordination
- Work seamlessly with the Marketing & Alliances team, CoEs, and industry and leadership in the discovery and delivery of collateral.
- Provide cost estimates and gain approval for content, design, and budget from the Marketing Director and/or Communications Director.
- Work transparently and continuously with the marketing team in the creative and production process, documenting all work and collaborating in Salesforce.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design & Online design portfolio
- Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications including InDesign Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat. Ability to use design skills within the Google Suite
- Superb listening skills and ability to translate concepts into visual representations
- Ability to determine the best way to communicate and motivate executives, peers, partners and clients
- Experience and/or understanding of corporate design, email marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM lead and opportunity management, social media, display advertising campaigns, customer success, and public relations.
- Attention to detail, demonstrated initiative, strong teamwork, time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proven ability to learn both technical and non-technical processes quickly
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve when faced with new challenges.
Additional Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Certification(s) in Graphic Design technology
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Pardot)
- Experience in Technical Consulting
