Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing benefits programs, and providing exceptional customer service to employees.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Experience with payroll software.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • History of being deadline-driven, proactive, extremely organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Google Suite.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience with Paychex PEO is a bonus!SalaryUp to $50,000We do offer a competitive benefits package! For example, we are a 4-day work week fully remote company. Team members are paid for 40 hours but are only required to work 32 (either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday). We also offer an additional 15 PTO days a year plus flex holidays, birthdays off, and time off for volunteering at nonprofit organizations. Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with:Each team member is expected to contribute to the culture and profitability of the company daily by adhering to core values and holding others accountable to do the same, following company policies, and seeking to fulfill the company’s mission and vision through efficiently performing key responsibilities and goals based on role and department.
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, among others.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the administration of HR programs and policies.
  • Ensure data accuracy in our HR systems.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Maintain & pay all sales commissions.
  • Complete employee verification requests.
