Robert Half Marketing & Creative has an immediate need for a Presentation Designer for a full-time position with our financial client located in Los Angeles, CA. This position is 100% remote and the client is open to candidates who reside in LA, SF, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Minneapolis, New York, and Atlanta.
Position Description:
Robert Half is seeking a Presentation Designer to join the design team at an Investment Firm. This Presentation Designer will produce high quality investment banking pitch decks, and at times will format general documents and spreadsheet.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute PowerPoint pitch books and custom presentations
- Apply and update custom template to presentations with consistency and technical formatting
- Create company branded and custom charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographics
- Create fully functional custom PowerPoint templates
- Photo re-touching and photo manipulation
- Logo creation, recreation or vectorization
- Design or recreate highly detailed and complex maps (shale, oil, pipelines)
- Design print collateral (invitations, signage, and banners)
- Format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
- Build and style Word templates
- Setup and run mail merges (badges, labels, letters, and cards)
- Work with creating, combining, editing, watermarking, redacting and optimizing PDF documents
- Redlining documents
- Other similar presentation design or document formatting requests
Required Functional Skills/Tools:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (non-technical), and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experience designing infographics, financial charts, tables and graphs
- Professional written and verbal communications skills
