We are currently seeking a Fraud Prevention Specialist. This position will be the primary contact in evaluating suspect web transactions and chargebacks. As the Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will make conscious decisions based on suspect orders in an effort to reduce or eliminate the company’s exposure to bad debt as a result of credit card fraud.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Build a strong relationship with the E-Commerce and consumer experience departments by learning the fundamental elements of all activities within the roles and teams
  • Monitor the fraud queue including all payment methods for website transactions
  • Identify fraudulent transactions and modify new and existing risk profiles to reduce future fraudulent transactions
  • Monitors payment denial emails, supports those consumers, and finds creative fixes to problems consumers may be having with payments.
  • Maintain and document correspondence involving several parties, gathering accurate information, and following up to resolution
  • Provide timely and responsive feedback on customer questions and needs
  • Research, respond, and review Credit Card chargebacks on behalf of Wilson in order to recoup funds
  • Collaborate with a range of departments to resolve inquiries or disputes to maintain an excellent consumer experience
  • Provide a high level of support to our consumer experience teams throughout the country as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Data Analytics with a minimum of one year experience in a related field such as E-Commerce, fraud monitoring or any relatable client facing environment that handles customer disputes. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft packages with emphasis in Excel a plus!
