What You’ll Do

• Participate in the design, engineering, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the corporate security ecosystem
• Perform hands-on, day-to-day administration on various security technologies including, but not limited to SEIM, EDR/MDR, IAM/IGA, device posture management, BYOD, corporate email and messaging security, vulnerability scanning, etc..
• Work with various vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to identify and understand security threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits that could impact the enterprise environment
• Coordinate response of security events that require urgent response, containment, and remediation
• Interface with employees, technical staff, and management to identify issues, negotiate changes, and provide strong customer service both orally and in writing.
• Audit configuration of existing technologies and platforms.
• Participate in internal and external security audits as required

What You'll Need

• Experience with implementing, using and overseeing enterprise security tools:: Endpoint protection, Corporate Email and messaging security, and IAM workflows
• Strong communicator that can lead technical discussions and help drive technical decisions
• Ability to establish credibility and build trust with IT, employees, and operational staff; you are confident, without the ego
• Excellent understanding of identity management and common enterprise and consumer authentication standards/use cases
• Passionate about learning new things – while you’re not expected to know everything, it is expected that you will learn new things when appropriate
• Experience as part of the Incident Response Team is considered a bonus. Proven experience with prioritizing and managing incidents, using forensic techniques, and working with Legal
