About The Role

As a Strategic Finance Associate, you will join our growing finance team with the main responsibility of ensuring the financial model is maintained at the highest standard possible. This includes updating actual financial and operational data, adjusting forecasts according to the evolution of the business, running ad hoc analyses to improve its capabilities and solving issues when they occur. You will work on reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders: month end reconciliation, quarterly planning, investors data rooms, pitch/board decks, etc. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work cross functionally to define several outputs of the model.

What You'll Do

• Update actuals in the financial model
• Run ad hoc analysis to improve our forecasts
• General maintenance/improvements on the model
• Build deck to present key insights to Operations, Growth and Founders
• Update pitch deck and data room using outputs from the financial model

Required

• Finance background (minimum 1 year of experience)
• Experience with financial models and financial ratios
• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel and Google Slides

Preferred

• Accounting base level understanding
• SQL intermediate level
• Experience with planning and budgeting
• Experience in mobility/transportation
• Experience in a fast paced, startup environment
