About The Role

We are looking for a thorough and efficient Sales Research Associate to join our fast-growing sales team. The Sales Research Associate will support the sales team by researching the best contacts for accounts, and ensuring all contact information in Salesforce is correct. You will be auditing accounts for prospecting purposes and correcting data about schools on Niche. Your job is to fill the top of the funnel for the sales team.

What You Will Do

During the 1st Month

  • Attend onboarding sessions to better understand our internal processes and learn about the company
  • Dive in to our training and quickly start to develop an understanding of our customers and enrollment marketing solutions
  • Participate in our company-wide onboarding process and learn about the different teams
  • Shadow other members of the sales and support teams
  • Learn operational processes
  • Jump into the day-to-day duties of an LGS -- use investigative skills to identify the correct contact for each account and email your prospects while navigating Salesforce

Within 3 Months

  • Own your numbers -- ensure you’re hitting your accounts audited number while maintaining high quality of data in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with SDRs to establish a process and strategy to achieve goals and progressively seek new business
  • Become more efficient as you effortlessly navigate different school’s websites to find best contact and record work in Salesforce
  • Continue to delve and learn about the education vertical, digital marketing, Niche culture, and our product

Within 6 Months

  • Give feedback into improving operational processes
  • Effortlessly fold investigation in to your routine
  • Tap into the knowledge you’ve been building to discover and refine prospects we’re reaching out to and the language we’re using
  • Step up as a leader to the new team members
  • Continuously hit audit targets, contacts created targets while spearheading any new initiatives
  • Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities within the organization

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • A desire to achieve goals
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
