Imagine Your Impact.

As a Product Manager for Assessment, Data, & Insights, you will work collaboratively with designers, researchers, and engineering teams to develop impactful and innovative solutions related to assessment, data, and reporting. You will develop market knowledge and build a deep understanding of the needs of K-12 education stakeholders, especially around translating assessment information into actionable insights.

  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $86,261 and $120,000 year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
  • Travel: You can also expect up to 25% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work collaboratively with assessment designers, instructional designers, research scientists, UX designers, and engineering teams to develop impactful and innovative solutions related to assessment, data, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge about assessment and instructional markets including market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Build a deep understanding of the needs of K-12 education stakeholders, especially around translating data into actionable insights.
  • Be comfortable discussing assessment and data with experts and laypeople.
  • Investigate facts and review problems during design and planning phases.
  • Translate solutions into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for the engineering teams.
  • Prioritize product enhancements and maintenance activities within the product backlog.
  • Provide training and documentation on product updates to internal teams.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, sales, marketing, business, or similar field
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with experts and laypeople
  • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills; ability to effectively multi-task while meeting deadlines.
  • Strategic ability: anticipate future opportunities and consequences, demonstrated innovative approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently but also operate efficiently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
