Position Summary

As a Business Development Associate at Terrabis, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts within the state of Illinois, Missouri and other potential target markets. You will be responsible for pursuing potential dispensary opportunities, forging partnerships, and facilitating the growth of our brand and presence in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market Research:Work with brokers to conduct comprehensive market research and identify potential cannabis licenses that are for sale.
• Site Evaluation: Work with real estate team to evaluate potential facility locations for suitability, compliance, and profitability.
• Proposal Development: Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations to secure cannabis licenses.
• Negotiation:Negotiate business agreements to ensure favorable terms for Terrabis.
• Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on progress, challenges, and opportunities in the target markets.
• Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure successful execution of cannabis projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, real estate, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for the cannabis industry and its growth potential.
