The Retail Technical Administrator in Supply Chain will be responsible for managing key metrics within an assigned region as they relate to inventory management in the Assurant retail store distribution footprint including the existing CPR brand and new brand expansions. Support will include internal teams, external retail store owners and store personnel, and external OEM vendor administrators and suppliers.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Provide support for assigned locations in troubleshooting techniques and improving processes
    • Purchase order escalations
    • Manage and respond to retail store support requests, both written and verbal
    • Monitor and initiate corrective action for inventory issues identified in franchise locations.
    • Act as a liaison between parts supplier vendor when necessary to resolve escalations
    • Troubleshooting as it relates to inventory management
    • Support and troubleshoot consignment invoice related matters
    • Monitor and enforce CPR claim repair program requirements;
      • Cycle count support and compliance
      • KBB parts return to Apple
    • Prepare compliance reporting
    • Prepare communications and present findings to internal and external teams through multiple avenues
    • Analyze data to find and address outliers
    • Assist with onboarding and learning development for store techs and owners
    • Manage store closures to ensure inventory is accounted for properly
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create efficiencies and reduce redundancies

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrate professional competence in conflict resolution with customers/store owners.
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications. GSX and/or RepairQ experience a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets and assemble them into a digestible format; pivot tables, charts, vlookups.
  • Analytical skills to digest data to identify problems and present solutions.
  • Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
  • Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
  • This is a remote position.

Pay Range

$22.61 - $37.32

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
