The Omnichannel Marketing Coordinator will provide assistance to the Omnichannel Marketing team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Use Workfront to coordinate department’s daily projects and responsibilities to ensure that all projects are running on a timely schedule
- M aintain and facilitate conquest data orders through a network of data vendors and internal team
- Maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Issuing RFQs, POs and negotiating discounts
- Managing inventory supplies for tradeshows and internal events
- Assist other departments with shipping and receiving as needed
- Update monthly project financials and assist updating department financials in Workfront
- Research new vendors and suppliers and run price comparison with existing vendors
- Assist team with print, direct mail, and / or other assigned department tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, business administration, communications, sales, or related field preferred
- 1+ year relevant professional experience , preferably in procurement.
Skills & Experience:
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Purchasing and Direct Mail experience is a plus
- Proficient knowledge in excel is a plus
