Associate Product Manager Role at Splash

The Associate Product Manager at Splash bridges Product strategy with great Product delivery. You ensure great digital products and enhancements reach customers fast and effectively. You are the delivery arm of Product; crafting stories, maintaining backlogs of work, being POC with development, collaborating with stakeholders, shepherding enhancements big and small, and tracking data to ensure value is being delivered to our customers.

You will work closely with seasoned customer-facing Product Managers to translate the value of a product into stories to be built. You will work in an agile environment prioritizing and grooming work to be completed, managing and leading all agile ceremonies, and keeping your stakeholder’s expectations properly set (both good and bad).

As the Associate Product Manager You Will:

• Be the owner of all Agile Ceremonies for multiple teams
• Translate product value into developer tasks that bring it to life
• Partner with Product Managers to maintain a well-groomed product backlog
• Oversee effective delivery of backlog to deliver value and ensure that large and small tasks have an owners
• Work to deliver information that unblocks development progress
• Report on status of delivery to teams and broader organization as needed
• Acts as POC for other agile teams on specific technical questions
• Work with Product Manager to craft and execute experiments
