What is WEX seeking?

As a Junior Credit Analyst on the Credit Services Team, you will contribute to the credit operations of the largest platform by volume at WEX Bank, with a focus on Fleet, OTR (Over The Road), and Fleet Deposit Admin (FDA).

This role is flexible to be remote within the United States!

Performance Objectives

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Opportunity To

• Determine credit worthiness of all accounts, through investigating and analyzing credit information, and adhering to best practices and policies.
• Apply knowledge and understanding of financial statements to conduct credit line reviews.
• Efficiently process commercial WEX Bank maintenance queues.
• Exercise strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to effectively resolve credit problems, respond to requests, and answer questions regarding accounts.
• Actively participate in creating and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Credit experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
• Thrives in a deadline and detail-oriented environment.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience with GSuite is preferred.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $42,000.00 - $56,000.00
