What You'll Do At H1

You will:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and generate product requirements
• Write product requirement docs and lead refinement sessions with engineering teams
• Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders and help facilitate access and understanding of H1 data through tools such as Excel and data visualization platforms
• Conduct and communicate deep dive analysis that lead to actionable insights
• Support implementation projects that require data savvy expertise

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of analytical experience
• Experience in Excel, SQL, Python, business requirements documentation, data visualization, Jira
• Effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully communicate internal and external analyses
• Experience manipulating and extracting data from large, complex datasets
• Track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment

Compensation

This rolepays $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience in addition to stock options.
