What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Contribute to product strategy and define what we should build and why
• Build Product Specs and drive implementation across tech and business teams
• Own the Product end-to-end: build cost and profitability models, forecast growth and ensure tech is ready to handle volumes
• Analyze feedback from customers, sales teams and conduct competitor benchmarking to come up with Product roadmaps
• Liaise with Sales and Support to capture key issues and prepare product dashboards
• Conduct market research, measure and determine the value of features in the pipeline to determine selection and prioritization

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• Experience in a Product Management role with IT/Ecommerce companies, preferred
• Understanding of cPanel and Plesk, and can navigate around WHM
• Knowledge of products like hosted emails, third party emails, backup services, SSL, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience talking to customers and understanding customer problems and requirements
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of basic SQL and understanding of database design
• Basic Networking knowledge
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting skills, and result-oriented attitude
• Understanding of hosting technologies and the ability to deploy applications on different hosting platforms
• User Experience and the ability to create, review and comment on mocks, wireframes
• Experience creating UI prototypes and wireframes on paper, PowerPoint, Visio, Axure, Balsamiq etc.
• Experience writing and documenting product requirements for internal or external projects
