Summary

Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, the Talent Coordinator will join our team to support the growth of one of Bamboo Health’s most important assets- our talent. This role will be an ambassador of our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a candidate experience that embodies our mission and values. One who is successful in this role will have a hands-on approach and knowledge of modern sourcing techniques. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent for our hiring needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a great candidate experience at every opportunity, by facilitating the requisition process from start to finish, responding to a variety of requests and inquiries from both colleagues and candidates
  • Partner with full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, Director of Talent Development and People Team Coordinator, to move candidates through the interview process and into onboarding
  • Source for positions, identifying and engaging with a diverse candidate pool to cultivate strong pipelines
  • Use multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, through our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources
  • Provide specific position sourcing updates, regularly reporting on candidate activity, trends, and pipelines
  • Ensure candidate data integrity across requisitions and in internal databases, the Company’s HRIS and our ATS
  • Partner with Talent and HRBP teams to revise and develop accurate job descriptions for new requisitions and roles throughout the organization
  • Coordinate and attend recruiting events and career fairs as needed
  • Provide administrative support to talent related events and programs including recruitment fairs, intern program, talent development programming and other People Team initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection.
  • Two years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and data tracking skills to ensure accurate reporting
  • Proficiency in traditional and sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks in addition to ability to develop targeted sourcing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability/willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to promote our brand and culture to candidates, team members and visitors
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, sense of urgency and personal accountability
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions, and manage daily interruptions and fluid priorities
