You are…

A highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills. You’re an experienced account manager with a passion for sports and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and managing branded content campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

You will...

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee the implementation of advertising and sponsorship campaigns, ensuring they align with client expectations and objectives.
  • Be responsible for keeping extensive and organized notes and records for clear, timely, and external/internal reporting on project statuses.
  • Handle multiple project assignments within tight deadlines and see a project through from start to finish with minimal guidance, including incoming RFPs.
  • Assist marketing team with the creation and authoring of sellable one-sheeters, pitch decks, and RFP presentations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and content production, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, anazlye results, and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
  • Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address potential issues.

Job requirements

You have...

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the sports media industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to translate a client brief and build a strategy around it, and articulating well-thought out ideas - without the help of ChatGPT
  • A deep and genuine passion for sports, advertising, social media, branded content, and influencer marketing.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage others and work across multiple teams.
  • A demonstrated understanding of both long and short form content across social media platforms.
