A symbol of Pittsburgh's river renaissance, the Gateway Clipper Fleet has grown from a one boat, 100 passenger operation to the five boat, 2,500 passenger fleet of today. Sailing from the Southern Bank of the Monongahela River at Historic Station Square, the Gateway Clipper Fleet sails all year and offers a wide variety of dining, sightseeing, and entertainment cruises.

We sail year round and specialize in both public and private cruises. Host your corporate event, wedding, or family outing aboard the Gateway Clipper Fleet!

Tasks

• Planning and editing creative videos for our events and promotional pieces for events and products
• Editing and uploading YouTube, podcast, XO Now and conference videos, and other videos as needed
• Working with other video contractors as needed
• Designing video thumbnails and other assets as needed
• Editing and uploading our weekly broadcast show to Daystar
• Proposing fresh ideas for podcast and other video content
• Writing descriptions for digital content (i.e. YouTube video descriptions) as needed
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with creative director and creative team to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
• Assisting in other areas as required
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of related work in video editing
• Demonstrated proficiency in production, video editing, animation, motion graphics, sound design, and video compression codecs
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced knowledge of matching video to music and working with Sound Effects
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once and self-start on projects
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
