About The Role

As part of our strong year-on-year growth trajectory, we are looking for an agile, motivated, results-focused individual to join our Content & Compliance team. This role will be critical to us scaling our compliance operations and will work cross functionally to ensure our surveys and call projects meet client compliance, ensuring no MNPI or other financial compliance issues.

In This Role You Will

• Review and edit surveys and call transcripts to improve readability and screen for any MNPI or other financial compliance issues
• Help shape and build the compliance process for NewtonX
• Implement, manage, and execute best practice compliance processes and tools
• Communicate with clients regarding compliance processes and issues
• Prepare compliance reports
• Get involved in the operations, business, and tech side of the content creation and curation process
• Work truly cross functionally across the company - from Client Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Content, through to Product and Engineering
• Learn a lot

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with legal / paralegal experience who is looking to gain more business experience, enjoys conducting research, building out processes, and wants to be part of a dynamic, high-growth start-up.

• 1+ years of paralegal experience
• You love challenging the status quo
• Organized, process-driven, detailed, and results oriented
• You are comfortable meeting short and long-term deadlines
• You enjoy solving problems. Take difficult challenges and provide creative solutions.
• You enjoy learning (you will learn about topics as broad as AI and cloud computing and as specialized as IoT retail in Thailand)
• Interest in learning more about business, regulations, and compliance
• You think on your feet. When things change, you roll with the punches (no two days are the same!)
• You enjoy team collaboration, communication, and listening.
• You communicate clearly, write well, succinctly and effectively convey your thoughts
• Familiar with excel / google sheets and able to quickly learn new technical skills and tools
• You enjoy work independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
• You are development and people oriented
• Have a bachelor's degree or greater
• Experience in compliance and/or financial services is a plus
