The Ridge is an Everyday Carry Product company specializing in minimalist products, headlined by their flagship product wallet. They started as a Kickstarter project in 2013 and are now in the hands and pockets of over 3 million people worldwide! They currently operate around the globe selling in the US, Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia on Shopify and through other channels such as Amazon and Wholesalers. They are a fully remote company and are very excited to expand into the Eastern European market to continue to grow our team! They currently have a US-based team of just over 50 people! They currently employ over 60 international contractors around the world! While this may seem like a lot of people, each department only ranges from 2 - 10 people, which opens up a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

• You have at least 1-year of experience, ideally in Graphic Design.
• You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
• You have good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
