Rupa Health, a small team backed by top investors and advisors in Silicon Valley, is growing super quickly and they're looking for a full time customer support agent (remote) to start in May or April. Your work will directly impact the health and quality of life of integrative medicine practitioners and patients around the world, and you'll work as part of their Customer Support team. They're the largest team in the company and growing quickly!
This role is mainly a customer service position but also includes:
- Clerical work
- Administrative tasks related to lab orders
- Customer support with practitioners and patients over the phone and email
- Ensuring quality control in lab ordering
- Data Transferring
- They all wear many hats and responsibilities may change over time!
They're looking for someone with the following
- Ideal: Recent college grad with scrappy hustle mentality. Live in the Pacific timezone or can work those hours
- Must be available for a full normal 8 hour work day
- Must be available for company meetings during the day over zoom and available from 8-5 PST
- Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, takes initiative, time management, and be able to handle many tasks
- Excited to have a ton of responsibility and have a big impact on a patient-facing product
- Problem solver, 'figure it out' attitude
- Strong communication & customer service skills are a must
- Note: they are looking for someone who is willing to pick up the slack where ever is needed and is a true team player
Must-haves
- Must be located in the USA
- You need reliable high-speed internet
- Immediate start, able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Work remote - anywhere in the USA
- Work schedule is remote but must be available 8am-5 PST hours.
