Training Content Developer Job Description

The Delivery Enablement team (part of our Professional Services crew) is looking for a Training Content Developer to help us deliver delivery enablement materials to our SailPoint community, both internal and external.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce media that supports delivery enablement goals and objectives
• Analyze, evaluate, observe courses and content to propose and plan improvements
• Develop/design content to inform the SailPoint community on how to deliver SailPoint products
• Review and cleanup content produced by subject matter experts to make it suitable for use by the target audience in the SailPoint community

Requirements:

• Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Compiling and presenting information
• Designing and assessing training programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with various audiences
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with tools for editing video files of presentations to trim from the start, end, or breaks in the middle
