• Worksite Location: hybrid depending on location | opportunity for remote
• Contract Period: 6-months
• Pay Rate: $21-24/hour | W2 + Benefits

What you will do as the Client Support Associate:

• Develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients
• Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs
• Serve as the caller’s primary point of contact and own the caller’s issue from start to finish
• Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers
• Provide support on various computer systems associated with the Broker/Dealer
• Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule
• Utilize CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record and track calls
• Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts

What you will bring to the role as the Client Support Associate:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
• 1+ years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting
• 2+ years of experience working in client-service or call center
• Strong technical aptitude
• Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing
• Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management is highly desirable
