Job Description Summary

Performs a variety of advanced administrative or technical support duties. Majority of the job entails work that is non-traditional administrative duties.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Advance word processing correspondence.
  • Designs spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
  • Heavy use of graphics.
  • Compiles information and prepare reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries.
  • Screens telephone calls.
  • Gives or relays non-routine information to callers.
  • Makes meeting and travel arrangements.
  • High level of analytical work.
  • Determine methods and procedures to be used in resolving routine and some complex inquiries.
  • Generates and maintains confidential files and information.
  • Operates with some latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
  • May supervise others.

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years of experience with a high level of administrative experience, discretion and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some demand to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of company and organizational structure with respect to divisions and departments.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $21.87-$26.00. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Bonus Eligibility:

This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion at a rate of 6%.

Working Environment:

  • Non-commuting Remote employees will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.
