What You Will Do

You will work closely with the engineering, software and product development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products. Working with project teams you will evaluate risks, anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalation, balance business needs with technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with assembling project teams, assigning responsibilities, identifying resources, and developing schedules to ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and make decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables..
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and testing to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Work closely with team leads to effectively manage resources and ensure optimal team performance.
  • Work with globally distributed teams; drive standups, conduct backlog grooming, store mapping meetings and retrospective meetings.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in program management and leading engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other product management methodologies is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes is preferred.
  • Experience with wire-framing and prototyping tools like Figma is preferred.

Salary

Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.

Salary Description

Salary range: $84,596 - $150,000 per year
