About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Administrator to perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's People Operations department.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Serve as an onboarding concierge to all newly hired employees, making outbound calls to them to welcome, set expectations, be the go to for questions to ensure they feel supported through a complex process.
  • Establish trust and rapport with newly hired employees through interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation.
  • Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of employee files and records.
  • Provide clerical support to the people operations department.
  • Assists in new hire orientation coordination.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

  • Prior related experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Have a desire for providing exceptional service including anticipating needs and ensuring internal customers feel well supported.
  • High sense of self-awareness and integrity.
  • Hospitality Mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or related software.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000 based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
