The role

Vault is growing, and so is our Finance & Operations team, we’re looking for a proactive, ambitious, detail-driven Finance Assistant. You’ll be working closely with our VP of Finance & Operations helping solve key challenges as we scale. At our early-stage you’ll be exposed to and trusted to lead various areas in the Finance function and have incredible opportunity to make your mark.

What you'll do:

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including: credit control, raising invoices and customer queries, ensuring we maintain our KPIs.
• Management of accounts payable, including: purchase invoices, payment runs, expenses management.
• Act as the first point of contact for invoicing queries, managing the finance inbox.
• Assist with reconciliations and payroll updates.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and tasks. As well as adhoc administrative tasks for the team.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You have past experience in bookkeeping or accounting (AAT qualification or equivalent is a bonus). Proficiency with Xero, Quickbooks, Excel and the ability to grasp new reporting software is also helpful.
• You sweat the details and have great time management and prioritisation skills (we don’t mind if organised is your middle name!).
• You pair excellent numerical and with great communication skills, ensuring that you’re communicating empathetically at the right level for your audience.
• You thrive working collaboratively and are comfortable working remotely.
• You are trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
• You are excited about being in the SaaS industry and working in an early stage startup and bring an adaptable team player attitude.
• You’re interested in building your career in Finance!
