What you’ll be responsible for:

Talent Acquisition Coordinators at Circle partner closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition organization focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring global talent. You will work diligently to support recruiting processes such as scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating logistical tasks, administering NDAs, drafting offer letters, and other ad-hoc talent acquisition projects. The ideal candidate is friendly and empathetic, highly organized, obsesses over details, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Talent Coordinators are actively involved in many facets of the recruiting process, so is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in Talent.

What you'll work on:

  • Providing a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders, including, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and TA Partners
  • Routinely scheduling high-volume and complex candidate interviews with partners across the organization
  • Addressing and resolving scheduling conflicts, with both candidate and interviewer experience in mind
  • Publishing job postings to our career site and various job boards
  • Generating & proofing offer letters and employment agreements, ensuring approved details are reflected accurately
  • Evaluate talent acquisition workflow processes and provide recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work on ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects.

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, scheduling capacity in a professional organization.

  • Desire and capacity to work quickly, intelligently, and go above and beyond what is required (i.e. this is not a 9-to-5 type of job).
  • A keen eye for detail, no matter how trivial.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Apple MacOS preferred.
