Overview

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Workday Business Analyst in the health insurance industry. In this role, you would be responsible for analyzing and reports to aid decision-making based on data, facts, and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.

Responsibilities For Workday Business Analyst

• Gather requirements, design, build, and test Workday HCM reports
• Participate in requirements meetings and coordination between IT, HR Analytics, external Workday AMS vendors, and other business areas.
• Document report specifications.
• Participate in requirements meetings and coordination between IT, HR Analytics, external Workday AMS vendors, and other business areas.
• Forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

Requirements For Workday Business Analyst

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; Avenica is unable to provide sponsorship at this time
• General experience with, or working knowledge of, core Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and related modules
• Hands on experience writing reports in Workday including experience creating and troubleshooting calculated fields
• Understanding of Workday data architecture, Workday security and Workday reporting
• Must have excellent communication, documentation and time management skills
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Tableau preferred
