Ultimately, a successful Billing Consultant should collaborate with our team ensuring accurate and timely billing/posting and a positive client experience. About your role:
- Bill and send invoices weekly
- Post cash against accounts
- Manage short-pays
- Handle client requests for additional information
- Respond to disputes and process credit memos as applicable
- Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
- Maintain AR and general ledger systems
- Helps refine business processes
Requirements and Skills:
- High ethics and standards who wants to help create a fun and accountable culture
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized
- Competent with MS Office (particularly Excel) and Accounting Software Packages
- Proficiency in English
- Impeccable written and oral communication
- Values a strong work ethic along with balance
- Familiar with electronic payments and lockbox solutions
