We are seeking a Security Risk Assessment Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

The Security Risk Assessment Associate will work under the Imprivata Solutions Engineering organization, reporting to the Manager, RFx Security and Privacy. This position will support the RFx/Proposal Team assisting with the project management and completion of RFx and security assessments and any other requests for information related to information security and Imprivata solutions. Responsibilities include 1) working with the RFx/Proposal Team to project manage and complete all security/risk assessments and questionnaires and assist with RFPs/RFIs and 2) working with the Manager, RFx Security and Privacy and RFx/Proposal Content Manger to help update content within RFx/proposal asset database (Loopio).

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Project manage and complete responses to RFx and security/risk questionnaires, including tracking all incoming requests, identifying and assigning content response owners, tracking progress and managing deadlines, reviewing final documents with the Legal, IT, and Security teams and the Manager, RFx/Proposal Team, and delivering final responses on time.
  • Help Manager, RFx Security and Privacy and RFx/Proposal Content Manager update and maintain RFx/proposal content management tools and associated collateral. This process involves collecting key questions and answers from submitted RFx responses, prepping asset documentation for upload, and working alongside subject matter experts.
  • Assist and contribute, as needed and as assigned, by Sales management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent required; (preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Network Administration, or other related major)
  • Strong interest/aptitude in information technology/cybersecurity
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

This position offers a salary range of $50,000.00 to $52,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
