Position Summary
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for receiving inbound calls from members, providers and clients. This associate will respond to questions from callers, solve problems, as well as triaging calls to appropriate Healthmap departments or team members. The associate will keep customer satisfaction at the core of every conversation and decision.
Work hours: Monday to Friday - 11:30am to 8:00pm EST.
