This position is entirely remote and reports directly to the People Operations Manager.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. As a recruiting coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruiting efforts and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing candidate communication
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Seek out and share alternative recruiting and sourcing methods, including channels to engage top talent
  • Publish, socialize, and refresh job postings and announcements
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with advanced knowledge of Lever preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Google Suite or related software
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with start-up environments

  • The pay range for this salary position is $42,000 - $50,000/yr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$42,000 - $50,000 a year
