Position Description

As an Onboarding Specialist you will ensure that new employees and contractors complete the required onboarding steps. Throughout the onboarding process the Onboarding Specialist will work with hiring managers and new hires to provide an exciting and pleasurable new hire experience. This is a hybrid opportunity where in-office is required up to twice per week in Lehi, Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the Welcome Call for homeowners in a positive and welcoming manner
  • Setup new Sales Representative accounts
  • Reactive/deactivate accounts
  • Troubleshoot SunRun tools (i.e., Partner Portal, Hockey, BrightPath, SoftCredit)
  • Make and send out ID / Comcast Badge
  • Manage monthly deactivation report
  • Troubleshoot logins for accounts
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work M-F from 8 AM to 4 PM, and Saturdays 9 AM to 3 PM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to learn and adept quickly
  • Collaborate with various departments and individuals
  • Skill in dealing with stressful situations
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Spanish speaking is highly preferred
