About the job

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with VPs in order to grow their business through prospecting, farming, and follow up activities.
  • Manage pipeline of VPs’ referral partners ranging from real estate agents to financial advisors - all organized in our CRM.
  • Schedule 1 on 1 business meetings through outbound sales calls and emails - this role is phone based.
  • Plan monthly networking events in collaboration with our Events/Marketing team.
  • Update VP’s social media and build their online reviews.
  • Create marketing pieces for VP’s referral partners.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily tasks - sales is a numbers game and you’re here to win.

Must Haves

  • 4-Year College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone
  • General computer and email proficiency- we use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
  • Must possess current US work authorization

Compensation

  • $40k Yearly Pay
  • $1k Monthly Bonus
