The Data Platform team works within the Digital Transformation unit to empower Data Science and Business units with data solutions that support our market growth. You will be accountable for the structured data that feeds these solutions for operational and analytical use cases.

The Team's Outputs

You will work with data engineering, developers, data science, marketing, and sales business units to design best-in-class data products, ensuring access to high-quality, timely, and relevant data. You will define and manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the teams and lead sessions to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Build a data model that gathers and correlates relevant marketing and sales systems data
  • Build tools, APIs, and integrations that support data ingestion & data consumption processes, enabling the data model's quality and adoption

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in data management and product management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Additionally, you should work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.

What Will Be Required From You

  • Identifying new data sources, metrics, and other opportunities that could be useful for the business, as well as defining solutions that allow the business teams to get the most out of the data
  • Challenge existing concepts, and ways of working, to determine the best solutions to the identified problems
  • An open and innovative mind, capacity to work with ambiguity and deal with change
  • Communicate the vision, strategy, roadmap, and deliverables so that all team members and stakeholders embrace, champion, and use your product
  • Define and track metrics to measure effectiveness and constantly reiterate the strategy and roadmap to ensure we are meeting our desired outcomes
  • Lead a multidisciplinary fusion team
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations, providing visibility and clarity on the roadmap
  • Create and prioritize the backlog for implementation

Candidates With The Following Qualifications Will Be Preferentially Selected

  • Product Management, Digital Transformation, Data Science or Engineering backgrounds
  • Experience working closely with BI teams or with reporting tools
  • Experience helping users get the most out of Data Models
  • Understanding of data modeling, data ecosystems, data Warehousing, and data Integrations
  • Experience in SQL query and ability to deep dive into raw datasets to find key information to evolve the Data Products
