Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Evaluate roles to determine grade placement and FLSA status and benchmark internally.
- Make pay recommendations for candidates and current employees to ensure internal and external equity.
- Analyze compensation survey data to determine competitive market rates in accordance with the global compensation strategy.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Audit data to ensure employees are assigned to the correct roles and titled appropriately. Audit other data points monthly.
- Provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required reports, forecasts and various analyses.
- Work with the Compensation COE and HR Business Partners directly to ensure accurate information.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of compensation experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
