What you will do:
You will be a part of our Global Recruitment Team and be our brand ambassador- it is your job to get the candidate excited during the initial reach out and accompany them throughout the recruitment process!
- Identify, engage, and pipeline talent globally for our open positions worldwide
- Explain the role, expectations, conditions and then liaise with the hiring managers
- Use social media for proactive sourcing and continuously searching for new ways to find the right profiles globally
- Lead a 360º recruitment process and ensuring its effectiveness through proactive searching, employer branding and developing a pipeline of talent
- Handle multi-region recruitment processes
- Coordinate the relocation processes of international candidates
- Manage the company’s international referral and mobility programs
We want someone who:
- Feels comfortable working with C-level managers
- Likes to figure things out on your own and build projects from the ground up
- Knows how to keep your candidates warm
- Is able to get to the heart of what your candidate values and match them to our open positions
- Is skilled in listening and asking meaningful questions
- Has good time-management and organization skills
- Go-getter – you aren’t afraid to walk that extra mile; you are self-directed and resourceful
Requirements:
- Excellent English and the ability to use the language to expertly create engaging messages to our candidates
- You love social media and have developed sourcing skills to target candidates
- Strong LinkedIn search skills
- Team-player, attention to detail, organized, and able to prioritize
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for high-level strategic positions
- Previous experience working at a recruitment agency is preferred
- Any other European language is a plus
