This position is fully remote and based in the US (Central and Eastern time zones).

We develop a source code security platform for the DevOps generation. Our solutions are already used by more than 300K developers across the world!
Having most of our income in the US, we are now looking for our next Solutions Engineers to help our high growth and conquer this boiling market with quality and smooth software implementation.
You will be a part of the Sales team and will act as the main point of contact for our clients, helping them deploy and support GitGuardian products into their ecosystem.
Missions
- Secure our clients (Fortune500 companies & next-generation unicorns) code base by implementing GitGuardian’s technology in their Software Delivery LifeCycle, both SaaS and On Premise versions, for POCs and production purposes;
- Ensure the whole process runs smoothly while putting in place the necessary control procedures to ensure that they do not encounter any bugs in the early use of our products;
- Ensure customers technical success for adhoc implementations, along with our Sales Engineering and Engineering teams, SRE and DevOps teams on customers side;
- Act as the main technical point of contact with our customers and help them in the issues they encounter:
- investigate bugs;
- improve deployment processes and the tooling we provide to customers to monitor their instances.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, both SaaS and On Premise versions.
Our technical stack:
- Deployment: Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure…)
- Network knowledge: Load Balancing, firewalls, routing, traffic analysis
- Language: Shell scripting, Python
- Databases and brokers: PostgreSQL, Redis
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana
Requirements

- Experience deploying and debugging on-premise solutions: investigating network issues, working with SRE, deploying and managing containers, Linux servers, writing shell scripts,...
- Good understanding of the modern SDLC and have software development experience (our codebase is written in Python, you need to be able to read it and work on patching it),
- Client facing personality: you genuinely enjoy helping them (25% of your time),
- Leading troubleshooting efforts,
- Analytical skills to investigate and understand different customer environments leading to different root causes for issues,
- Experience using Kubernetes in production is a plus.
