This is a Work from Home position, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
This position is responsible for supporting customers by coordinating the scheduling of service work orders, including fire inspections, CO inspections, and annual recurring inspections. You will answer inbound phone calls and emails to schedule service, contact customers regarding trouble notifications and attempt to resolve and/or schedule service when needed.
